Booking conditions

A 30% deposit holds your place. The balance is due 60 days before the start. If you cancel more than 60 days out, the deposit moves to another departure within a year. Inside 60 days the deposit is kept, and inside 30 days the full fee is due, unless you can fill the saddle or your insurance pays. If we cancel for weather or a closed pass, you get a new date or a refund of what you paid us. Flights are yours to change.
